I am sitting at my computer right now learning all kinds of new things to do with my website. There is so much to do. Setting up class schedules, ways to sign up and pay easily and I am excited to offer party night readings to include special gift baskets with wine and cheese. Have a Cyber Psychic Party (CPP) live in your living room. I'm tired and cranky and so excited with a little scared shit sprinkled in. I have put out to the universe that this is what I want to do and expect with every fiber of my being to be completely supported and provided for through out the growth of my fun adventure. I keep repeating that I am so excited about having so much fun and making money at the same time. Believe it and it will happen. Right? That's what I keep telling myself. My thing is that I am teaching this to people, how to manifest wonderful change and growth in their lives. So, I better damn well walk the walk. Crap!!! lol. I'm scared. Below you can see some of what has been going on to prepare. We have been painting my office/studio. It looks quite Zen. All of my animals have been helping, he he. This is just a short note. I will be back tomorrow. I want to leave you with a short story about the end of my camping trip in Asheville and a message that I received. An example of using signs to help nurture your life. , I am always watching for signs, things that will let me know that I am on the right or wrong track or about what needs my attention at the time. I was saying good bye to our campsite, everything was packed and ready to go. Especially my big dog that had been waiting in the back seat watching me put stuff in my Jeep for the last hour. As I walked around the site to make sure everything was as it was when we arrived, a butterfly flew up and lit right infront of me. It was the first one I had seen the whole trip. I went to get my phone to take a picture and just took note that It was a bit strange how it appeared and started taking its picture. It was beautiful and blue, you can find the picture below. But, then I heard in my head (yes, I hear things all the time, lol) that I needed to look at its right wing. As I checked it out I noticed its right wing was tattered at the top. It was flying fine but you could tell it had been through somthing that effected that part of its wing. The interesting part for me was that my right shoulder has been bothering me for some time and I have been actively working on healing it. I took this message as a reminder that I need to pay close attention to the healing of that part of my body, that there was still work to do. Also, it is interesting as I type this I noticed I mentioned that the butterfly had been through something that had tattered its wing, but it continued to fly as always. I will take that as a reminder that even though we go through things in our lives that tatter and beat us up, we can be strong and heal to have wonderful lives after the injuries. We can still soar and be beautiful with our scars. Here I will say good night and thank you all for the opportunity to share and bring healing into my life. Sweet Dreams.

Ever notice the little things that happen in your day that makes you think mmm, maybe that was ment for me or maybe because that happened, I should go in this direction. I have been talking alot about self talk. When you say positive emotional statements to yourself about something that you want to change or manifest in your life, it brings big changes to your life.. Speaking always positive and always as if it is already happened. When you start using this method daily the occasional sign you see in your day that seems just for you will change to signs all day long, one after another. When I say signs, I mean things such as: when a song comes on the radio at the exact right time that seems like a message, when the phone rings and it is a friend wanting to talk about the exact thing you where just thinking about or when you have been jonesing for a particular expensive purchase and it goes on sale. This can also show up with negative things if your mind tends to be in a negative loop. Your thoughts are vibrations that leave you and manifest what you want or don't want. It does not matter. Energy is energy. It does not discriminate.
Here is a perfect example: I have been struggling for years to just get off my ass and start my dream biz. I thought I had all the tools to do it, but just could not find the drive. My friends and family know exactly what I am talking about.. Over the past couple of months I have gone into overdrive with self healing, eradicating negative chatter in my mind and completely embracing what the universe has in store for me. I just needed to get out of the way. One of my daily mantras is... Everything always works out for me... and i surrender to my gifts and what I am suppose to do with them. I also repeat constantly that I am successfully self employed and cant believe how many options I have to make money having fun. In the present tense because I believe it is already done and just waiting for me to grab it. So many things have happened over the past couple of weeks. One being I quit my full time night nursing job. Just expecting that I will be provided for and my business will be completely successful, no doubts. This am just getting home from my last night shift, I was taking a letter to the mailbox and almost ran right into the web. Picture below I have a big story about all the spiders in my life the past few weeks for later. This is the most amazing story though. I have been working nights for almost 10 years. My daughter said to me the other day "mom, I don't think I have ever seen you well rested in my whole life." she is 10 years old. At this point I feel like it is torture. I saw the web and took a picture, put in on Instagram with a quick note about the inspiration the web made me feel. Two seconds later, a stranger liked my picture.... her username was... Goodbye. agony. Holy Shit! I was saying over and over. If this was not the most perfect message. Absolutely perfect. This is the perfect example of how you will absolutely get messages all day long if you use the self talk method to create your life. In part #1 I wrote about this magical idea that weight loss was not about food or exercise, but about excepting who you are in the moment. Using self talk as a tool to remind yourself that everything is exactly how it should be, that you are in your perfect form and that you love who you are with no conditions. The idea being that you are not having to convince yourself that you must change your idea of what your perfect body weight is to accommodate any extra pounds, but that you already know that you are on your way to your perfect body shape and weight that suits your internal needs. There is a difference. Imagine that version of you that you have in your head, your idea of your body when it feels strong and comfortable. That is what you are inviting into your life. I completly believe that there is no generic body weight that fits us all across the board. A # of pounds that we are suppose to be according to our age, sex and height. I think that is a bunch of bullshit. Our bodies are all made to look different. Some of us feel great with lean bodies with a small amount of meat on us and others love the feeling of mass and curves. There is no right or wrong. Only what feels right for each individual.
Of course there is a need to mention all the intrusive factors that are around us that influence us to think we are suppose to look a certain way. Media, our parents, school mates... everything that bombards us all day long. Its understandable that many of us cannot sift through all the feedback to figure out what the facts are. This is a method of regaining alignment with who you are underneath all of life's layers of lies and stories. Leaving you with your truth that will lay a yellow brick road for you to follow to get where you are going with ease. This brings us to why it works. It begins with the science of energy. Our thoughts have power to them. We think, we feel, then we create our intention. Our bodies innately are made to be healthy. Imagine all of our cells made for each part of our body, all knowing what their job is. Nothing could be more perfect. Our minds are the culprit that confuse this perfect dance. Picture your day and think about the things that you do, the thoughts we think, in what state of mind do you wake up? do you love what you do for work? Do you enjoy your mate? Do you spend your day in a joyful state? Do you take time to relax? Do you stop to eat nourishing food? or Are there many aspects of your life that you wish where different, which creates negative feelings about all kinds of things throughout your day? Your thoughts create your life, its physics, plain and simple. So, you have choices to make. Do you want to create intentionally or by default, due to a butt load of negative thoughts? When we use this method of creating our life, everything falls into place. The things that make you unhappy fall away. The things that make you happy increase. It is no longer about the pounds on your body because it gradually moves you into a place of excepting your needs, wants and dreams. That your feelings, no matter what they are, are absolutely, always, unequivocally, perfectly valid.... real..... important..... not to be ignored... no matter what. Then you are in control, the pounds melt into what they should be for your perfect body.... that is only specific to you. The incredible thing about this process is if you insist with your creating that it is perfection for your authentic self your are manifesting, the work does not seem hard to get there, the bond you have to break with people who are not healthy for you fall away, the food that was there to soothe the emptiness is no longer needed... because you will be given what you need to have joy with ease. I know the title is cliche, something like loosing weight does not have to do with food, exercise or motivation to be skinny. Use the power of thought to shed the pounds, they said. Well, bare with me for a moment to explain. I have been using a system of changing my thought patterns to create everything in my life. I am 50, in the middle of menophase and have a few ( more than 3) lbs to loose. For a couple of years I have changed my diet, worked out... you know, all the usual things people do. Seriously, I could not loose. I was not gaining consistently, just gain 20 pounds and my body said, OK, I want to wear this amount of weight now. This gain was after a divorce, buying a house and learning how to make a go of it myself. Of course you hear people say, be OK with how you are right now. Love your self. You look fine. There are lots of women that wish they had your problem. For me its not OK. This is my reason. When my body is strong and on the slender side, which is has been almost all of my life, I have a sense of inner power. The extra weight feels like extra cumbersome clothes on my frame, as if I am wearing a snow suit. It does not suit me. It does not make me feel good. It makes me feel off balanced. When someone tells me I am being silly for not being satisfied, that does not feel right to me. Of course that brings up the subject of no one knows what is best for you but yourself. You know best what feels right for you, always.
What I have discovered is, it is about loving yourself exactly where you are now. Its not about the extra pounds though. It is about the fact that the extra pounds are a symptom of imbalance because you/me are not loving the perfect person that lives in our bodies. . Here is what I discovered. I have been spending much time with self talk, changing my thought patterns. I say things with feeling and intention. Think of banging on a drum and getting the energy going with alot of feeling. I love the person I have become, I feel strong in my body, everything always works in my favor, my body is exactly how it should be...... that red sentence is so important. I may look like I am saying that I am good with the extra weigh on my body. Really what I'm saying is: take me to the place that I feel strongest, to the place that I feel the best. There is much more to the choosing of words that are powerful and positive. Using the energy we are made up of to our advantage. Its right there, science tells us, physics is proven. I will go into this more later. The important thing about using this method for shedding pounds is it is more mental than physical. When we force the weight off with diet and intense exercise, it is not a permanent solution. That is why it is gained back so readily, because the weight is a symptom not the root problem. Excepting your perfectness resolves the root issues and makes the symptoms, example: excess weight, go away. Its amazing what just one minute of intentional breathing can do to change your day, feelings and view at any given moment. Imagine you have the power in your own body to heal yourself. Start your day before you get out of bed with one minute of breathing. Before you think about all the things that are in store for you when your feet hit the ground. Close your eyes and just breath. Watch in go in and out. As you watch, feel your body, pay attention to where you feel tense. Play with the breath and bring it to where the tension is. No I am not being cheeky with my words, lol. Relax the muscles that are reacting to your breath. Resist the urge if you mind wants to wander. You can quite the chatter for 60 seconds.
In the middle of your day, if you find you are frustrated, stressed or tense. Repeat the process for another minute. Below you will find a helpful video to assist you. |
