Good morning beautiful people ♥️ I was just laying in bed and my big fluffy black cat jumped up as she does and started walking around my head. I was already awake thinking about which horse I wanted to do my live with this morning. I was thinking about if people would enjoy a live with me and a horse doing little readings and just talking about life. I was pulled to listen to Hades (my cat) as she was walking over my body, lol. When this feeling happened my mind did something interesting that caught my attention. As I focused on her in the manner of tuning in to “listen” I could feel my mind move. Here was the feeling. I thought “let me tune in”. I say this all day with my intuitive work with people and animals. I felt this shift of focus from a general .. my mind is floating around, to clarity and almost like plugged into the moment. I am very used to this feeling because when I do readings I will move my mind to a place where I can access the information. What caught my attention this morning is where my mind was prior to focusing. It was unfocused. Just floating around thinking all the gobbly gook of clutter that fills the spaces when I am not focused. HERE IS WHY I AM WRITING THIS POST When INTUITIVE READERS are on duty, we are using a muscle that takes time to strengthen. Tuning into the alternative space to READ the energy and LISTEN to the information takes energy and finesse. To those who are urning to help others and yourself by doing the work of an Intuitive I have one piece of advice. PRACTICE. It is a muscle. The process of tuning in and catching all of the subtle magic that is right there to be seen, hear, felt is an art. I believe we all born with the ability and knowledge to very organically live in the space of “seeing” what is beyond our physical experience. But we are not given access to in when we are born because most of those that came before us are not aware. We are taught to use a fork but not taught to access the energy that we literally live in every moment of our lives. So if you want access… PRACTICE If you are going to someone else to “READ” for you, keep in mind that that person has spent many many hours practicing to beable to help you access the non physical information. Wouldn’t it be amazing to make it normal!? Back to that feeling of tuning into my cat this morning. The more we are tuned in the more we are aware of our magic and gifts that the energy all around us has to offer. It is time to WAKE UP. BE TUNED IN ALL THE TIME. Live life in a tuned in position. Does it take work? Hell yes! But really what better more important things do you have to do with your life experience? Today….. Practice paying attention. Tune in to the moment. Listen, watch, feel and respond to the subtle energy that will direct you to the perfection of your day.

Good morning everyone!
I would like to ask you to take a moment and really look at this picture. The lift of my chin in respect, the gentle touch and hold of my hand, the neutral position of his ears, the dip of his head and the closing with a peaceful feeling of his eyes. I look at this and I feel that it is an exceptional example of trust and consideration of our fellow beings that we live here on earth with. This is a picture of a human and a horse. But I want to consider that we are just “beings” together. That brings me to the reason for this conversation. There is so much movement in the idea that we can build a relationship with a horse based on a mutual understanding of eachother. With this relationship comes the results of what is available to both of us around how we can enjoy and help eachother. Let’s bring that around to a lesson in all relationships. Old news with a horse: You take charge Demand Create a situation where the horse is not thinking on its own. It moves automatically from where it was taught They shut down their nervous system that reacts to its primal needs to accomidate its human partner They are pushed, prodded, whipped into shape They are not asked what they want or how they want it They may be made to accomidate the relationship for the person with the upper hand Now let’s consider what other relationships can reflect something the same or similar. Would a child be treated the same? Would a wife or husband be treated the same? Would a parent be treated the same? Or Here is the most important one DO WE TREAT OURSELVES IN SUCH A MANNER? We are born into a world that sets us up to behave as if we truly do not have a choice, our minds sleeping around the idea of rebellion. I ask you to consider every relationship you may have with a human or animal and ask yourself this question… Is this relationship grounded in mutual respect, boundries and consideration of both parties needs at all time? If the answer is no, are you willing to explore a different way of being. Are you thinking… But that sounds hard. Or are you thinking that you should be in charge because you are in the “Alpha” position. Parent, owner, husband, wife, mother, father, boss. Sorry to say from where I stand that is bullshit! It is time to deeply understand that we are all connected and when we are not truly considering our fellow earth mates we are lowering our freqencies and not embracing our highest expressions of ourselves. So where are you with this idea? Do you already live your life with this understanding? Does this make you uncomfortable? If it does, are you willing to consider something different? 💜
I went to the beach the other day and finally I had found the beach that had lots of stones and shells. Many of the beaches here in NC are smooth without many things to find to collect. As I was walking, I looked up and asked for a Hag stone. What is a Hag stone? It is a rock that has been thrown around the ocean in a perfect way that creates a stone with a hole in it. The hole allows you to wear it as natural jewelry or whatever else you can create with it.
I was just walking with my daughter and keeping an eye out for the stone I wanted. Then I said, “I am going to really slow down and find my gift”. Well, guess what? Right when I did slow down, there it was! They are rare and not easy to find. I was so happy! Then a few minutes later I asked for a piece of sea glass. I kept looking, walking and talking. We where getting close to the end of our walk, so again, I said I am going to slow down and be in this moment, finding what I am looking for. Right away there was a piece of glass. The moral of this adventure for me was, both times I asked for what I wanted, but did not find it until I slowed down, felt my feet on the ground (sand) and expected it to happen…. Watching for my gift. Everything that we could possibly want is right here. Slow down and be a conscious observer. The gifts are right in front of us! Here is some fun information about Hag stones. We think we have let go of the old grouchy, crying, angry, pitiful, jealous, cringy responses that happen when we are triggered. But then.... Something happens and we are crying, yelling, withdrawing, manipulating, whatever that old response we have is. I have been working for a long time to understand how to put to bed my own old programming and replace it with new healthier responses. I have had some really wonderful results. It's not that I don't still feel it or have some kind of response. But, I am more aware that it is happening so I can check myself. It's like a loved one that dies, the mourning process takes time to do it properly. First there is a big reaction, next its not so strong and finally you can be at peace with your feelings, knowing why you feel that way and responding with understand and love. This next question may be, How do I change my reactions in a way that I eventually do not even remember that I should be reacting? That is where this workshop comes in. I have created a step by step process to evaluate old, still present beliefs that create the response trigger, then using the information that you find, creating a new belief that is up to date with your present situation. Then together we will use imagery to embed the more compassionate belief into our daily lives that will result in a more comfortable compassionate life. Even though our triggers my result in making those outside of ourselves uncomfortable with our responses, ultimately it is within us that suffers the most when we are emotionally triggered. Every morning.... I will do some yoga today (or I WILL GET ON MY MAT) I'm going to meditate today I'm going to drink more water today I'm going to create a way to make money at home today You get the picture, right? Every night... Most goals I set for the day that had to do with ME and MY development/creativity where passed by due to OTHER things I felt where more important at the moment. BAM, the day is over. Every morning, it starts over. What does this pattern create? Disappointment Anger Resentment Depression Lack of self worth You get the picture, right? Now Create a DISCIPLINE ROUTINE for your daily life Examine and change your attitude about priorities Examine and change your attitude/routine around how you spend your time Can you delegate? How much TV/internet do you spend time on? In other words find time wit in your routine by dissecting what you do in your day. GET A NOTEBOOK AND USE IT, ALL DAY EVERYDAY For me this is the biggest part, it creates a partner in your self care to always check back with. Before you get up, write in it. What you absolutely want to do for yourself that day. Make a box and check it when you do it. How do I make time, if I feel I do not have any? Start with 2 minutes. Even if it is in the bathroom at work (I have done this.) Keep writing, noting, confirming you did it and planning the next sweet moment. Little by little you will notice a change. The creation of discipline in doing for yourself is the best gift that you can do for YOU. Results: I get in bed at night and feel satisfied that I did what I intended. I wake up in the morning knowing it is possible to full fill my promises and desires to/for myself. For me, self discipline results in: Peace Increased self worth Increased production of work at home Increased satisfaction with my physical form I feel more relaxed Hormones more balanced Stress does not effect me as much I have tools to prevent increased stress and have the discipline to use them You get the picture! Give any part of this a whirl and you will create a change. Plug in your own wants and desires. Make a list. If you are one of those people who don't dare to dream big for YOURSELF, its time to start. Start with me! With so much love, Christina How can I be happy?
My old answer was: more abundance of any and everything. (stuff, love, people, food, peace, time, money, ect) Present day answer: be happy if there was only you with no stuff. How do I get happy? Notice how you feel when you wake up in the morning and make quick note about it. Then Start talking to yourself about what you are grateful for. Be grateful for your ceiling if that's all you can think of. Then make love to those thoughts like you have not made love for 5 years. Feel that love for what you have until your mood changes. (I promise it will if you love it with abandon) Then start your day. If your day goes to shit and makes you feel the same, find something else your grateful for and start over again. Do this everyday and you will notice a change. Be in command of your mood. Just to be clear, allow your other emotions to be felt but realize you can find your happiness when YOU decide. As you get the hang of it, you will get glimpses of extra happy feelings, moments of "I am at Peace." When that happens. When your heart is extra light. Stop what your doing for a couple breaths and feel it. Remember it. Roll around in it. Love it like its the best thing in the world, it's all yours. You found it! How do I stay happy? Remember to PRACTICE everyday. Peace Side note: I am sharing my journey and what works for me. Take what you want and leave the rest.
I found this great video by Wim Hoff, he seems to have found a nugget of truth about finding and maintaining true health. The part I use about his philosophy is breath work. Why I have a breathing practice everyday: Improve focus Increase PH with in my body to maintain health and repel disease Increase energy Increase oxygen within my body Maintain a discipline Release stress Improve my meditation practice that I do right after What is special about this practice for me? It is a powerful practice that leaves you tingling It is very active Some clues to make it the best experience possible Start your breath inhaling through your nose from your belly, move to chest and up to your mind then exhale out of your mouth. When you are done with the breaths and he has you hold your breath on the exhale, pay close attention to how your body feels. I enjoy that feeling very much. My experience is my head hums, my body tingles, as I hold my breath it allows me to be acutely aware of how I feel. I usually yawn alot, which is a good sign I am letting go of stress.
